Thomas Wesley Bradley II (Wes)
President
Wes Bradley has led DRAW Enterprises for over 37 years, bringing more than four decades of construction industry expertise to every project. Growing up with a father in the grading industry, Wes followed a natural path into construction — and has spent his career mastering the trade while mentoring the next generation.

Kelly Barker Sutton
VP of Finance / Secretary
Kelly Barker Sutton brings over 35 years of accounting expertise to her role as VP of Finance. A Certified Public Accountant since 1989, Kelly joined DRAW in a consulting capacity in 2015 before coming on full-time in 2017. Her diverse background spans public accounting, manufacturing, and construction industries.

Cale Bradley
VP of Operations
Born and raised in the construction industry, Cale Bradley followed in his father Wes's footsteps and has built a 19-year career at DRAW. As VP of Operations, he oversees all field operations and is passionate about building the right teams to deliver quality results on every project.

Steve Jackson
VP of Paver Division
Steve Jackson has dedicated over 26 years to DRAW Enterprises, establishing himself as a leader in the paver industry. A U.S. Army veteran, Steve brings discipline and precision to every project — from university campuses to major entertainment venues.

Keith Morrison started as a short-term employee and is now celebrating his 35th year with DRAW. As one of the most experienced paver installers in the Charlotte region, Keith has been in the industry since pavers first came to the market — and continues to set the standard for quality installations.

Project Manager, Wall Division
John Owens joined DRAW Enterprises in 2023 with more than 10 years of experience in hardscape construction, landscape management, and golf course operations. His background in precision grading and drainage brings valuable expertise to the Wall Division.

Conrad Tolbert
Project Manager, Concrete Division
Conrad Tolbert turned his 2020 internship into a full-time career at DRAW. A fellow NC State graduate, Conrad transitioned from field work to office management following his graduation — and now leads the Concrete Division with a focus on precision and planning.

Chuck Stephens
Fleet Manager / General Manager, S&W Exchange
Chuck Stephens brings over 30 years of logistics expertise to his dual role at DRAW Enterprises and sister company S&W Exchange. A former business owner who successfully operated a courier service for 23 years, Chuck now ensures DRAW's equipment and fleet operate safely and efficiently.

Accounting Manager
Aaron Shepard joined DRAW as an intern and has grown into his role as Accounting Manager. Since graduating in 2019, Aaron has taken ownership of accounts payable and expanded his responsibilities across multiple accounting functions.

Our History
Draw Enterprises, Inc. is a licensed General Contractor based in Charlotte NC. Draw Enterprises has been in continuous operation since 1985. We hold Unlimited Building and Highway license in North Carolina and South Carolina. Our background in Highway and Heavy construction brings knowledge and expertise not found with other contractors in our trade.
We specialize in electrical substation construction covering all scopes from the "anchor bolts down". We also specialize in the installation of concrete and clay Brick Pavers, Segmental Retaining Walls, Athletic Field Equipment and Drainage, and all types of Concrete Construction. Excavation and grading are an integral part of the work we perform. We normally work within a 200 mile radius of Charlotte NC. We service Residential (single and multi-family), Commercial, and Institutional customers. All work is warranted.
Draw Enterprises was incorporated in 1985 by Marvin and Buddy Ward. In 1987, Wes Bradley joined Buddy Ward for a partnership that completed many jobs throughout North and South Carolina for more than 30 years. Today, DE is fortunate to retain many well tenured employees and continues to strive for excellence in all they do.
In Memoriam
Marvin Stacy Ward III (Buddy)
Founder
After 20 years of experience in highway, utility, and industrial concrete construction, Buddy Ward founded DRAW Enterprises in January 1985. In August 1987, he welcomed Wes Bradley as a business partner to manage field operations — beginning a partnership that would span more than 30 years.
